Also, HATE HATE HATE Campbell. The writers did an excellent job in writing his character--I'm not sure I could imagine a person so pathetic in my wildest dreams.

Mad Men S1E5

I don't hate Draper any less, but I get that you're supposed to think of him as an idiot and an asshole. Still doesn't make it any less painful to watch him be an idiot and an asshole. Also not really taken with the storyline of the grumpy man and his sad childhood/hidden past. Boo hoo.

Mad Men

I kind of feel like I'm the only one who isn't raving about how amazing Mad Men is these days. I watched the first two episodes of season 1, and so far I'm not impressed. I'm not really interested in any of the characters at this point. The female characters seem to be the most interesting and dynamic, and they also get the least amount of screen time. Don Draper, as far as I can tell, is a total dud. He's a successful and powerful business man. He wears crisp white shirts. He has a wife and a mistress. He doesn't like talking about himself. Yawn.

I'll probably keep watching it, only because I have absolutely nothing to do for the next 2 weeks.

Baby Teeth

My anxiety and insecurity about becoming an adult is causing me to have dreams about my teeth falling out. This leads me to believe that my subconscious is much more powerful than I thought, because I could never come up with symbolism like that while awake.
